    Vision Boarding

    Vision Boards are a collection of images, stickers and quotes and are used as a visual aid to help achieve goals, dreams and aspirations. They are fun, creative and time for yourself and act as a motivational tool. My Vision Board package is all about self-care and how this can be incorporated into your daily or weekly life. I encourage you to look at changes you can make to set achievable goals, while spending time to evaluate what's important in your life.

    For example if you want to get fit or eat healthy, images, quotes and mantras can be used on your board to keep you focused and to visualize yourself eating more healthy to help you improve your overall well being.

    Or you may want to have a change of image. This is a real self-care exercise, sifting through pictures online or in magazines for new hair styles, clothes, shoes etc and sticking them on your board and when you see the images in front of you on a daily basis it gives you the motivation, energy and excitement to create the new you.

    Collage Coaching

    Collages are a great way to explore our desires, goals and dreams. It can show us a picture of how we would like to live or be as images stimulate the brain and bring forth an ongoing change in the direction we want to go. It's a fully immersive experience, from choosing a theme to scrolling through images online or flicking through magazines and inspirational quotes. Your board becomes a visual aid for motivation and inspiration.

    Resistance to change is often rooted in fear and has an impact on how we respond to situations and this can effect our capacity to move forward and achieve goals. These feelings and behaviours impede our ability to create meaningful change. Collage coaching is different to Vision Boarding as the images we use in our collages are based on our unconscious thoughts, pictures we would not have thought to look at suddenly catch our eye and although we may not be aware of the reason why, the collage coaching technique is used to help you understand why you are drawn to certain images . This helps to deepen personal understanding of the self as these images are often symbolic, metaphorical and emotional. Through the CCT you gain new insights, self-awareness and how you react with others which leads to greater clarity and confidence.

    The process of creating a collage reveals many aspects of the self, unconsciously - this allows for reflection, self-development, mindfulness and storytelling- which links unconscious thoughts to the conscious mind to help you have a better understanding and acceptance of yourself.
    To continue moving forward it's important the collage once created is put somewhere it can been seen. The constant visuals help influence behaviour, enabling breakthroughs, new insights and often 'a-ha' moments.
